Mission of the Labour Department is to promote growth of industrial and Commercial activites by ensuring harmonious relationship between employer and workmen through preventive steps, concilitory effort, adjudicatory, punitive action and promoting welfare oriented activites to promote the welfare of the workmen in the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
