Fee schedule as per Rule 5 of the Delhi Factories Rules, 1950 is appended below:

NOTE:
- The fee structure is based on number of workers and sanctioned electrical load for one year. Factory owner can apply for Grant, Renewal of Licence for one or five or ten years and accordingly the fee shall be deposited in multiplication of number of years.
- In case, if any amendment of granted licence is required for change of occupier, change of address, change of name of factory, change of no. of workers and change of H.P./electricity load, an additional fee of Rs. 100 for each amendment has to be deposited.
- In case of original licence is lost, duplicate licence can be issued by paying fee of Rs. 100/-.
- The fee has to be deposited in cash or through cheque at SBI, Old Secretariat, Delhi-110054 by submitting GAR-7 treasury challan in triplicate.
