In exercise of powers conferred by section 4 of the Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act, 1970 (37 of 1970) read with the Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs Notification No.F.2/2/71-UTL Dt. 30th March 1971 and in pursuance of the Rule 3 of the Delhi Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act, 1972 the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to reconstitute the Board known as Delhi Advisory Contract Labour Board , consisting of the following persons namely:-
